Hello interweb lookers,
It has been almost a month into my junior year of high school. Talk about a wake up call. I, personally, still feel like a kindergardener (Yeah, I know. Very lame.). But I am really, really excited! Only two more years of high school! That, my readers, is cause for a celebration.
But this month hasn't been the easiest. Pre-Calculus + Chemistry = enough stress to kill an elephant (NO! NOT THE ELEPHANT!) If I can make it through the Periodic table and my graphic calculator without a mental break down, I will officially be a ninja.
A good thing is that I'm getting college credits for those classes plus English (my personal favorite). Yay! It is like multitasking only easier. And a great thing is I am number 1 in my class. That means I could get wonderful scholarships which would be nice. All I have to do is get a really good SAT score.
But I don't want my last two years of high school to be just studying. I want to have a decent social life as well. And that doesn't mean just soccer games or yearbook meetings. It is a delicate balance: social life and school.
I can do this! Hopefully...
~Sadie
