Hi hi peoples,
Today was a pretty easy day. It was yearbook workshop day. So I had two classes and then the rest was me in front of a laptop screen learning how to use the new yearbook software. Fun stuff.
Yearbook work shop was bearable. Freshmen can be kinda...loud, but we all can't be quiet (I guess). And I got a lot done. Yay for me! And I didn't pull out all my hair. See all these positives.
Yearbook is a living document. It all depends on its creators and buyers. It is wonderful being a creator on this one. I generally like doing yearbook.

Small School Syndrome
Hola readers of this blog post,
I have attended a small private school for all of my short life. Some of you will read this and become worried for my sanity. Don't worry. It is ok, I swear.
Being raised in a little private school is all I know and I really like most of it. I like that I know everyone in my high school by name. I enjoy the fact that I couldn't get lost in my school if I tried.I like knowing all of the teachers in the whole school building.
Of course, not everything is peaches and cream. Believe it or not, gossip travels a million times faster at a smaller school. You have no secrets at all. There are only so many boys and when you are as selective as I am there are not many to date, like, crush on, etc. If someone hates you in a small school, lines are drawn quickly. But you have to be on everyone's good side or you will ruffle the wrong feather and everyone will know about it by lunch.
I know that sounds crazy, but I still like my school. I kinda have to since I am only going to be held prisoner there for two more years. That is a good way to see it, right?

Junior Year
Hello interweb lookers,
It has been almost a month into my junior year of high school. Talk about a wake up call. I, personally, still feel like a kindergardener (Yeah, I know. Very lame.). But I am really, really excited! Only two more years of high school! That, my readers, is cause for a celebration.
But this month hasn't been the easiest. Pre-Calculus + Chemistry = enough stress to kill an elephant (NO! NOT THE ELEPHANT!) If I can make it through the Periodic table and my graphic calculator without a mental break down, I will officially be a ninja.
A good thing is that I'm getting college credits for those classes plus English (my personal favorite). Yay! It is like multitasking only easier. And a great thing is I am number 1 in my class. That means I could get wonderful scholarships which would be nice. All I have to do is get a really good SAT score.
But I don't want my last two years of high school to be just studying. I want to have a decent social life as well. And that doesn't mean just soccer games or yearbook meetings. It is a delicate balance: social life and school.
I can do this! Hopefully...
